Data Retention

Payment Data: Retained for 7 years to comply with tax and legal obligations. This includes transaction receipts and the name of the individual performing the transaction. Sensitive payment information, such as credit card numbers or bank account details, is encrypted and processed solely by secure third-party platforms (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) and is not stored by TradeQuantiX Systematic Trading Solutions LLC.

Newsletter Emails: Retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.

Consulting Data and Strategy Development and Evaluation Data: Retained for the duration of our service agreement and for up to 12 months thereafter to provide follow-up support, unless a longer retention period is required by law or agreed upon in writing.

Usage Data: Retained for 12 months to improve our website and services.

Once the retention period expires, your data is securely deleted using industry-standard methods to ensure it cannot be recovered. We use methods such as overwriting or cryptographic erasure to ensure your data is permanently removed.

Who We Share It With

We do not share your data except:

• With payment processors including but not limited to Stripe and PayPal to complete transactions, under strict confidentiality agreements.

• When legally required (e.g., by court order).

• With Webflow, our website host, and Cal, our calendar app for booking appointments, which may collect usage data such as IP addresses, device information, and browsing behavior to support website functionality and appointment scheduling. We may also use other third-party service providers, such as analytics tools or CRM systems, to help us operate our website and services. • For clarity, analytics tools receive only usage data, acknowledging that IP addresses may be considered personal data under certain regulations.

We ensure that Webflow, as our website host, and Cal, our calendar app for booking appointments, complies with GDPR through the use of standard contractual clauses for any data transfers outside the EU. We never sell or rent your data. For California residents, we comply with CCPA and do not sell your personal information.

Our services are not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we discover such data has been collected, it will be deleted properly.
